Tutorial 2


For my model I chose to make Mokujin from Tekken since he's a really easy humanoid shape and I love Tekken. Despite his easy shape I actually had a lot of trouble with blender this time. I kept having trouble with the faces on his limbs being see-through in unity and I had even more trouble trying to export him with textures (surprise, surprise the solution was insanely simple)

The animations were my favourite part. I used to animate in Macromedia flash for fun and I found this somewhat nostalgic. The tweening between keyframes I found extremely simple and easy to utilize.

Implementing the animations into unity was equally as painless. I simply followed the tutorial content and set the walking animation as a boolean that sets to true when I hold the w key.
